If you're visiting Ehime, "JIJIJIN Matsuyama" in Tobe is a place you absolutely have to experience. Despite the vastness of the property, there are only 10 guest rooms. Every single one is a suite with a private terrace, making the entire hotel remarkably quiet. Unlike crowded tourist hotels, it feels as though time itself slows down here. I was absolutely obsessed with our room this time 🥹🤍. A stunning "water garden" that mirrors the changing seasons stretches out right in front of the terrace. Just sitting there, doing nothing but taking in the view, was pure bliss. Another wonderful touch was the in-room coffee ☕️. Grinding the beans yourself and slowly sipping your brew on the quiet terrace was the ultimate luxury. The amenity pouches were so chic, and the attention to detail throughout the room was impeccable. The fridge was even stocked with local Ehime mandarin juice and Dogo beer for us to enjoy 🍊✨. This is the kind of place where the hotel isn't just a place to sleep—it's the destination.
