Intense aromas of black cherry and blueberry; full-bodied and rich with a spicy finish; very distinctive, immediately reminds me of steak.

Mainly black plum and blackberry notes, mixed with vanilla and a touch of minerality; fine tannins; complex finish; makes me crave Dongpo pork.
Urla Tempus 2021. Approximately 14% alcohol. Grape varieties: Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot. Intense fruit aromas, blended with smoky, tobacco, and dark chocolate notes. A delicate and complex palate with a lingering spice finish. Even though Mid-Autumn Festival has just passed, a barbecue is still in order!
