Hello, Vyborg! We finally meet! ✨ 10 hours on the train to St. Petersburg, an hour on the commuter train – and here I am, in the city I've long dreamed of seeing! Vyborg is a true time machine and a world map all in one! Medieval streets, the breath of Sweden and Germany, the atmosphere of different eras and countries – all here, in one place. And also – an incredible number of delicious places! 🤤 I've been dreaming of getting to the famous "Tavern" for a month, trying to reserve a table, but it turned out there was a waiting list! 😅 But that didn't stop me from enjoying the atmosphere. I also discovered an excellent Japanese restaurant with mind-blowing ramen. I tried the Tonkotsu – rich and flavorful, although the noodles lacked just a little bit of that springiness. 🍜 And then we just wandered the cozy streets, soaking up this special atmosphere.
