Yeongdo Island in Busan not only has a charming sea view, but also has many hidden cafes. Among them, "THRILL ON THE MUG" is one of the surprises of my trip to Busan! The interior design of this cafe is simple and modern. The biggest highlight is that it allows you to leisurely enjoy the unparalleled sea view of Busan in the glass house or on the open-air seats. Whenever the breeze blows, I can't help but slow down and relax. I particularly like the coffee and desserts here. The aromatic coffee paired with soft bread or desserts is a perfect match! And the environment here is really the best place to relax, I don’t want to leave at all. In terms of transportation, it takes about 20 minutes to take the subway from Busan Station to Yeongdo Station, and then about 10 minutes on foot. You can also take a taxi, which takes about 15 minutes. The business hours here are from 10 am to 9 pm. It is recommended to avoid peak hours so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and food more leisurely. If you come to Busan, don't miss this sea view cafe. Whether you come with friends or alone, you can enjoy a moment of tranquility. When it comes to seaside cafes in Busan, you can't miss THRILL ON THE MUG! Located in Yeongdo District, this cafe is built on a small hill and designed like a glass house floating on the sea. With large floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, you can enjoy a 360° unobstructed view of the sea and sky no matter where you sit. #AsiaTravelRecord When I was walking around Yeongdo, Busan at lunchtime, I came across a narrow alleyway where locals were entering one after another, so I followed them and found a Soondeup specialty restaurant. The building is completely invisible from the main road! The only landmark is the sign. It's a local restaurant that tourists don't know about. It's OK to eat alone! There were so many homemade side dishes that they didn't even fit on the tray. Everything was delicious, but the octopus kimchi was especially exquisite! The interior was so well-decorated that it was hard to believe that this was Busan. Yukata props were also provided. It was great to take pictures and play while resting at the accommodation. My personal best spot for 2023 is Busan! I was fascinated by Busan when I first visited it in May, so I went back in October. My favorite place in Busan is "Yeongdo" Everywhere you look, there is cute painting, and it's really fun just to walk around ♡ I was staying at a hotel in the Nampo area, so I took a city bus to Yeongdo. I went to "The Having Coffee," a seaside cafe in a great location in Yeongdo. Yeongdo is a popular spot, and I especially recommend a stroll along the coastal promenade at Baekse Culture Village. On a sunny day in early summer, I took a bus from Nampo-dong to go for a walk, but it was so hot! I was so thirsty I felt like I was going to dry out. On the way, there were many open-terrace cafes with great locations, but I didn't have the energy to go to a cafe in the blazing sun... Just when I was thinking that my body was about to reach its limit, I happened to come across this cafe. It looks cool inside, and you can see the sparkling sea from the large glass windows. What a great location!? So, we went straight to the shop lol The girl on the staff was very friendly and the vanilla latte I ordered was delicious, and I felt so happy that I wondered if I was in heaven. It's great to be able to look at the beautiful ocean of Busan while enjoying a delicious drink in a cool shop!
