I turned up late and was given awesome service.

Was.only there fo underr 9 hrs max.
Good sleep. Ready for long trip next day.
Thanks for the.stay and much appreciated.
Nice apartment near the airport. Tiny kitchenette and fully bathroom, great for newly arrivals on the coubtry has it has blinders. Shuttle was complementary and quite quick, once you manage to actually get someone on the line. The decor could use some refreshing.
There is a parking space in the yard, which is convenient for parking. There is a supermarket next to it, which makes shopping very convenient. When we stayed there, we happened to catch the local night market, which was very interesting. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The hotel is located at a convenient place. The room is clean and cosy. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is decent. However, the walls are quite thin. Overall, quite a good choice for a place to rest and recuperate.
Very close to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms. Fast check-in and check-out. Would definitely come back if travelling to NZ and looking for accommodation nearby Auckland Airport. There’s a free shuttle (running every 15 minutes)from the airport to the hotel (both ways) that we used and works very efficiently, it takes 15 min. Drive. Definitely suggested.
Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter we came up for the Armageddon so was nice and handy to walk to. The motel itself, service was great, room and the beds were very comfortable and clean and parking was easy stress free and right outside our door. I would definitely reccomend and I would stay again 😊
We were greeted with friendly vibes by the receptionist, Mr Chen. The check-in process was swift and instructions to the room were clear. The room was spotless and had a spacious bathroom. I am not a big fan of ginger so I didn't really like the smell of their ginger handwash, shower gel and shampoo. To note that there was no shower rack for us to place our own shower items.
Good location, nice environment, Chinese-speaking staff. The downside is that there are no staff after 7pm, and you need to swipe your card to enter and exit. In addition, check-out at 10am is a bit too early.
In a caravan park in the Remuera community in downtown Auckland, there is a power site for caravans. We booked a four-person cabin. Except for the strong musty smell in the house, everything else was good. The campsite is quiet, with complete public toilets, showers and kitchens. The management also enthusiastically gave us a late check-out service. Thank you very much! High cost performance.

DDeevanyah FrostWe just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!

Ssi-ilI really like that the airport shuttle service is free. Highly recommended for those who are uncertain about flight times.
The condition of the accommodation is also clean. There is also a microwave.
MM****It is estimated that the clerk upgraded my room type. This room type is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is a corner. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, and stove. The pot is not sticky and the state is very old and dare not use it. 1.3 There is a Pak'nsave supermarket at a kilometer. The location of this room is very good, there is a small balcony facing a small green grass in the yard. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, whether it is to go to the airport or go to the center is very convenient. We used the pick-up service and called at the designated point, and we picked it up in about 10 minutes. A good night, the next day I took the bus to newmarket center, very easy Thank you!
BBella BooHooSuch a cozy spot for an overnight stay. Upstairs room i got with no balcony access like the rooms on the ground floor but still has the windows to look out on to the park. So check if you are getting the ground floor for patio access or upstairs room window to park views. Quite a noisy street on the main drag in a built up area but still close to the Airport and shopping centre. Room was very well equipped with utensils and microwave. Bed was clean & comfy just needed a couple more pillows to perch up especially for 2 adults to watch TV. Bonus the stand up cooling fan. Bathroom with a good size shower & basic ammenities and a side cupboard to hang clothing. Overall a comfortable stay.
GGuest UserReturning guest...so it must be excellent but I only stayed overnite there's no food there but the room has the main facilites very comfortable and location is excellent.
EericThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The cleanliness is good, and the bed linen and bath towels are changed daily. The environment is comfortable and quiet. The only problem is that the WiFi signal needs to be improved. I look forward to staying here again next time.
