“Our trip group tour guide, Wang Yan, was very responsible. She took care of every detail during the three days trip. In Hangzhou, a taxi driver double charged us the fee Wang Yan already paid on Didi. Later she learnt that then reported to the Website, and paid back to us. When we arrived at the Hongqiao Station, She helped us by calling a taxi and waited a long time until we got on the taxi. We are very grateful for her generosity.”
