Excellent stay!
The resort is very pretty! The location is excellent - loads of restaurants around, along with a supermarket and a pharmacy at walking distance.
Excellent breakfast - great spread.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was top notch- very quick and super friendly.
It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend.
They have a small kids club, which my kid liked.
My stay at the InterContinental Fujairah Resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views of the Al Hajar Mountains and the pristine coastline.
My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a private balcony overlooking the ocean.
Rooms were clean and fresh. The floors of the room were a little bit dirty but I guess that's what you get when you stay in a resort by the sea. We got a room with a city view and it was great.
Service wasn't the best as they were fairly slow during check in (not their fault as perhaps the systems were old and slow). The staff were doing whatever they can do we appreciate that.
Amenities were great - sauna, spa, gym and pool were all lovely. Family oriented location and amazing for a quick getaway!
The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building.
We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name.
The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food.
They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym
The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel.
The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking.
Totally we were impressed with the stay.
The hotel's overall quality is good, and as a Hilton brand, the cleanliness is very well maintained – it's spotless and tidy. Both the rooms and public areas are meticulously cared for. The service attitude is also excellent; the staff are warm and polite, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient, which is a big plus.
During this stay, I was even upgraded to a suite, but the room itself wasn't particularly large, and the layout was quite standard. Another slight disappointment was the lack of a scenic view from the window; the outlook was pretty ordinary, falling short of my expectations for a good view. Upon arrival, I also found the pool was closed and unavailable for use, which had a minor impact on my travel plans.
Overall, it's still a decent stay. Both the facilities and service are reliable, making it suitable for guests who prioritize a consistent and secure experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, relaxation, and top-notch hospitality in a stunning beachfront setting.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and attended to every detail with professionalism and genuine care. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves was an unforgettable highlight.
The resort’s facilities are outstanding — from the expansive swimming pool to the private beach area, everything is designed to offer relaxation and comfort. Dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse range of restaurants offering delicious international cuisine and impeccable service.
What truly sets Le Méridien Al Aqah apart is the attention to detail and the friendly, accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing weekend escape, this resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and adventure.
Highly recommended, and I am already looking forward to my next visit!
Overall wasn't as expected, you don't get the feeling of a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service. My wife ordered extra 2 bottles of water from housekeeping (as it is summer and they only placing 1 bottle of water), the gentleman came with only one, when I said that we ordered 2, he said if we want more to order room service!!! It was just ridiculous, probably he is getting instructions from his superior so guest can order from Room service. Anyway my wife called them again and a second bottle was sent.
Most of the guests were not wearing masks at the elevators.
Anyway was the first and last time, I wouldn't recommend it.

VVinurahulPositives: Extraordinary sea views especially from 12th floor . Very spacious rooms . Pool is also very good and well maintained. Access to pool and beach is very easy and all facilities are well maintained.
Negatives : As Indian we felt we were treated differently. I am saying this because we made a request for high floor and decorations through trip.com at the time of booking. the front desk first mentioned that it was not available and got filled out and gave us on 4th floor. Also another receptionist Ainoora mentioned that this was to be checked with trip.com as we paid to trip.com and not them But when we made an issue and escalated to manager , he was helpful and arranged a high room room. Then we wondered why this was not given initially. On the day of leaving around 10 we wanted the room to me a bit tidy for us to rest but front desk denied saying that on the day of check out they cannot clean. Also we requested a few minutes late check out since we had a baby . The front desk firmly told us that check out was sharp 12 pm. Interestingly it’s the first time we faced some thing like this. Breakfast is good but few Indian dishes and they were not good.
RRadumHotel is claiming 5 stars but in fact even 4 stars is too much for the present situation. Entering the lobby you wander if they heard about ”Interior design”.
With a such nice location and a multitude of facilities, probably need a professional management to upgrade its status. First of all to remove the weird things - interdiction for children under 12 yo to enter swimming pool, calling the large swimming pool ”Olympic”, keeping the lobby toilets locked, etc. I saw two managers rebuffing personnel in plain view - where is the discretion?
The staff is very nice, friendly, trying their best to accommodate all requests. Food is far away from a 5 stars status as variety and presentation, but is tasty - congratulation to the chefs. Room is small with cheap and awkward furniture, bathroom - sink is very high, difficult to use and what a poor finishing for the ceramics...
The generous common terrace in front of the room was lovely and facing the sea.
The bed-sheet was worn out and towels tired - generally speaking is needed a refurbishment many things.
The beach is very nice and swimming pools very good all at a splendid location.

AAnonymous UserFairmont by the name only!
I had been to quite a few Fairmont hotels and by far its a strangest one so far!
Pros:
- amazing staff
- great location
- great and convenient room service
Cons:
- Rooms are hit and miss!
First room was humid, smelling really strange and outdated, but was replaced by better option
- Food is a disaster! Buffet has very limited options, food is not tasty. Eating in the other restaurants on the premises didn't help. Ordered a sea food plate for lunch with two non alcoholic beverages just to get a stale, tasteless pile of mediocre food! Paid 285 aed for it(
Just to compare, for the same money we had an amazing food experience in steik restaurant in umbrella beach, with wagyu beef tartar, chicken souvlaki and two salads, sides and drinks!
- There is no place to enjoy evening entertainment. Only two small bars are open with limited options and long waiting time for service

GGuest UserWe've been staying at this hotel for the third year in a row.
Breakfast is a European buffet.
The city's Umbrella Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and a regular beach is across the street from us.
The sea is clear, with plenty of fish and turtles near the rocks.
