Run by a lovely couple. After ordering you can choose your own match bowl and watch the matcha ceremony. Had the hot matcha set with pudding. It came with a small scoop of sorbet too. Lovely winter and Christmas vibes and a good place to warm up before hitting the Christmas scene and shopping at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse.

I was impressed by the quality of the meat served here. The chef&#39;s skills are top-notch, and the overall dining experience is always delightful. It&#39;s a place I look forward to visiting again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel restaurant. The atmosphere was spacious and relaxing, and the service was attentive. The mapo tofu was delightfully spicy, making it a memorable meal.

The bar on the 8th floor has a fantastic night view and a nice selection of cocktails. Despite being a hotel bar, the prices are acceptable, and the ambiance is quite enjoyable.

I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at Matsumae, where the eel was prepared perfectly. The generous portions and local ingredients made it a memorable meal.
