Topaz Restaurant Norodom

Malis in Phnom Penh is a restaurant under Topaz that specializes in Southeast Asian cuisine. I heard that Xiaobei has been to the one in Siem Reap. I finally ate the famous Amok. The overall taste is very good. I just don’t know why peppercorns are put on desserts [puzzling] ​

Foie gras salad, ribeye steak, mushrooms, etc. are all delicious. Desserts are also good, not too sweet like other restaurants

A very good French restaurant. The foie gras tastes very good, and the bread seafood soup is also delicious. The environment is quite upscale and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

I came here to eat alone today, and the dishes I ordered were just right. Whether it's the environment or the taste, this is the only restaurant I like the most in Phnom Penh. You can really try it.
