Adamson Barbecue

This shop was my motivation before coming to Toronto. The location is very remote. I arrived 20 minutes before the shop opened. It was full of people...I was really surprised. Open five days a week for three hours a day. I was so willful. I waited for 40 minutes, but the beef bones were sold out and the roast chicken was sold out🤯 Ordered the $40 TEXAS TRINITY set meal. Industrial style decoration. Very casual big iron plate. Two pieces of ribs, beef, bread, three snacks, sausage and pie. Awesome Texas barbecue! Definitely worth the crazy wait! The wood-smoked ribs are soft and tasty. I especially like the texture of the crispy bones. Even the bones are crispy. The beef with tendons melts in your mouth and it tastes so good when dipped in sauce. The cornbread and pie are also not ordinary. They are delicious. It’s true that Toronto’s best barbecue is not a boast. I want to try pork and turkey and will come again!!!

In addition to bacon sandwiches and hamburgers, their seafood soup is also very delicious. This place should be close to the sea, so the lobster soup is very fresh and not fishy at all. It warms your stomach after drinking it.

Similar to the braised beef restaurants in China, they sell by weight, and you can choose the side dishes. There are German sausages to choose from, which are also calculated by weight. Finally, have a glass of German beer, which is very refreshing.
