The iced saffron Americano was indeed refreshing, with a noticeable fruity acidity, perfect for cutting through the richness of summer. The white tea base accompanying the "Strawberry You Can't Do It" drink was wonderful; the tea aroma complemented the berry flavor without overpowering it. I tried both Basque chocolate flavors, pistachio and lemon. I want to emphasize the molten filling; it was cooked perfectly, with a slow, flowing texture when cut, and the sweetness was well-controlled, not cloying. The lemon flavor was more pronounced, but it balanced well with the richness of the cheese.

I came to this store for business the other day and found their sofa area to be really well-designed. The seats were spaced out, and there were bookshelves along the sides, making it quite private for conversations. I recommend this area if you're looking for a quiet place to discuss business.

Little Forest sparkling water is indeed refreshing, and the Wizard of Oz special is also alright. But I want to emphasize the SOE Americano. The beans are fragrant, but I've had much smoother ones before. I suggest you ask about the bean expiration date when ordering, as slightly less fresh beans will significantly affect the flavor.
