Pushing open the shop door, I was enveloped by the aroma of bread. I chose a sea salt roll and slowly tore it apart to eat at the small table by the window. The dough was soft yet chewy, with a warm, buttery scent emanating from it. Combined with the afternoon sunlight streaming in, I felt completely relaxed. The wrapping paper was a light beige with an embossed texture; it rustled in my hand, and I was almost reluctant to throw it away.

This shop is located in the Guomao area, so it's easy to find. The environment is decent and quite clean. Let me mainly talk about their signature beef noodles; the broth is quite rich, and they give a generous amount of meat. It depends on personal taste, but I thought it was alright.

The desserts at this shop have a really good level of sweetness; they're not cloying at all. I especially recommend the cream bread—the sweetness is just right, and the cream is very fresh. The lighting is comfortable, making it a great place to sit and relax in the afternoon.
