The service was impeccable. The waiters were very attentive, responding almost instantly to a wave, and you didn't need to ask them to change plates or refill tea. The food was served at a good pace, not all at once; the barbecue was served in batches, ensuring everything was still piping hot. I recommend avoiding the peak hours after 7 pm on weekends, as things can get a bit slower when it gets crowded.

The restaurant has a really nice ambiance; it's spacious and not crowded. The most practical feature is that each table has a warming stove, which is especially convenient for hot pot or grilled fish. Once all the food is served, you don't have to worry about it getting cold quickly, so you can chat and eat at your leisure. It's a much better experience than those roadside stalls.

The lean lamb skewers were alright, but I have to talk about the tendons! They were grilled until crispy on the outside, and incredibly tender on the inside – the grilling was perfect. The charcoal grilling flavor was amazing; you should definitely try it if you go.
