Their signature beef rice noodles have a really rich broth with a strong soy sauce flavor. If you usually like strong flavors, this will definitely suit your taste. The rice noodles are also generously portioned; a big bowl of smooth noodles that I couldn't finish. I suggest that when you go, two people order one bowl to try first, and then ask for more if you're not satisfied, so as not to waste food.

The flaky crust of the roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) crumbles when you bite into it. Paired with a bowl of steaming hot rice noodles, it's very comfortable to sit by the window and eat it slowly.

This rice noodle shop is absolutely amazing! They cook it right in the open kitchen, which makes me feel so reassured, haha. The rice noodles are cooked to a perfect soft and smooth texture; even I, with braces, can eat them without any problems. I love it!
