This restaurant has a hidden menu; the owner will proactively ask if you'd like to try it. The secret-recipe roast chicken I recommended last time wasn't on the menu, but it had a very unique flavor. I suggest directly asking the owner what dishes aren't listed on the menu today; you'll often find pleasant surprises.

This restaurant's signature old-fashioned fried pork is indeed excellent. The batter coating is just the right thickness, resulting in a wonderfully crispy texture after frying, while the meat inside remains tender and juicy. I noticed that they seem to double-fry it, which is why the outer shell doesn't soften easily. I recommend eating it quickly after serving, as the taste will deteriorate if left for too long.

Oh my god, this tofu pudding is absolutely amazing! The tofu pudding is incredibly smooth and melts in your mouth. It's so different because it's freshly ground by the local auntie! I tried both the sweet and savory versions, and they each have their own unique flavor. It was really hard to choose, haha.
