小张香酥灌饼(保定店)

I'd passed by several times before, and finally tried it today. Their egg pancakes are really something special; the crust is baked to a perfect crisp, making a satisfying crunch when you bite into it, while the inside is soft and fluffy. Freshly made, they smell amazing; you can smell it even from the doorway. I recommend eating them while they're hot; the texture isn't as good when they're cold.
