I suggest letting the ice cream scoop melt a little before mixing it in, for a more harmonious texture. At 28 yuan a serving, the ingredients are quite generous.

I've eaten at this restaurant before, and this time I ordered the Volcano Red Bean Milk Shaved Ice. The toppings were very generous, no doubt about it. The milk shaved ice was quite refreshing and not cloyingly sweet. I suggest that one serving is enough for two people; my friend and I shared it, and it was just right. A bowl of this is really refreshing in the summer.

The mango shaved ice was alright, and the taro balls (number 5) had a very smooth texture. A bowl of this would be quite refreshing on a hot day.
