This restaurant has many branches, making it easy to find. I've been here several times with friends. Today, sitting by the window and watching people come and go outside, I felt time slow down. I ordered one of their signature dishes, and the taste was still so familiar. With the soft lighting and music in the restaurant, I felt completely relaxed.

This restaurant has everything! They have hot pot and barbecue, perfect for someone like me who has trouble making choices, haha. I especially want to praise the shrimp paste; it's incredibly plump and the shrimp meat inside is super firm – the texture is amazing! The tripe is also delicious; the more you chew, the more fragrant it becomes, you just can't stop eating it.

Here, when we eat hot pot, we can tell if the meat is good or not just by cooking it in the broth. Their "yuanbao" meat is indeed from the Tan sheep region, sliced ​​very thinly, and cooks in just a few seconds in the pot—it's quite tender. But to be honest, the sesame sauce was a bit lacking; the aroma wasn't fully released, and local connoisseurs might find it not flavorful enough.
