This restaurant costs about 80 RMB per person, which isn't expensive. However, in terms of value for money, it's not particularly amazing. After careful consideration, I discovered a trick to ordering: avoid the fancy fusion dishes and just order their signature roast goose, along with the soup of the day and rice. This way, the food is satisfying, and the money is well spent.
This place has such a lively, down-to-earth atmosphere! My friend and I ate at a small table outside, and it felt like being on the streets of Chongqing, haha. It's only around 70-80 yuan per person, totally affordable for students! The spicy blood curd was absolutely amazing, so spicy I was drinking tons of plum juice! 🥵
The honey-glazed spare ribs were amazing! The grilled corn was also delicious, and the sizzling potato slices had such a unique flavor—were you guys here for that too? I'll definitely be back next time just for those potato slices, haha!
