This Guilin rice noodle shop is absolutely amazing! The dry-mixed version is incredibly delicious; the gravy coats the rice noodles so well, you can't stop slurping it up! There are also plenty of parking spaces in front, so you don't have to drive around looking for a spot.

This snail rice noodle soup base is so tangy and refreshing! The noodles are cooked just right, making them incredibly satisfying to slurp up. I highly recommend adding a side of sweet sausage; the sweetness goes perfectly with the soup. You can also grab a couple of Shanghai-style pan-fried buns from next door—it's so delicious to eat them together! Don't you guys love this combination too? Haha

I've eaten at this restaurant before, and the owner is indeed very attentive. If she sees your soup is almost empty, she'll proactively come over and ask if you want more without you even asking. The same goes for the condiments; she'll refill them whenever they're low. Many restaurants don't do this kind of attention to detail anymore; I suggest you learn from her.
