For my first meal in Yangshuo, I chose Master Chef's Beer Fish at the Lijiang branch. I was tempted by their signature beer fish with water bones. It was really delicious. The fish meat was very fresh and tender without any small bones. It was good, really great. Their service was also great

The bamboo-tube chicken soup was served steaming hot. The broth was clear and bright, and drinking it warmed you right up. The chicken was firm and not dry at all, and paired with local pork belly mushrooms, it added a touch of wild mountain aroma to the savory flavor.
