This restaurant looks reassuring. The work area and ingredient section are very tidy, with everything neatly arranged and in excellent condition. The open kitchen and high hygiene standards of such restaurants demonstrate attention to detail, making me feel safe eating there.

The lotus root slices are amazing! They're so crisp and crunchy, a perfect way to cut through any greasiness. Don't you guys love this texture too? I could easily eat a whole plate by myself, haha. The shop looks pretty bright and clean too.

This shop's signature duck neck has the aroma of the braising sauce completely infused into the meat. The meat is firm and the spiciness is just right, not too overpowering. Sitting by the window, slowly munching on it, I felt completely relaxed.
