After arriving in Shaxian, I walked around the snack culture city and felt that most of the shops were newly opened, lacking the old taste of the time-honored shops. I decisively went to the county government to check in at the old shops. The first one was the Miaomen flat meat in Jindingcheng. The storefront was small, the store was not big, the room was small, and the table was small, but it had the old taste. A portion of the signature flat meat, with soup, thin skin and large fillings, the hind leg meat was pounded very hard, fresh and chewy, and the reputation was well-deserved, a big thumbs up! The price is also very affordable, top recommendation.

The second stop in Shaxian County is Jialan Shaomai. The shop is located in an alley across the road from Minhui Square. It is easy to miss it if you are not careful. The environment is extremely simple, with tables placed at the door of the shop and a plastic shed to shade it. Vermicelli Shaomai is the main snack. It is not big, with thin skin and full filling. The filling is vermicelli and a piece of diced meat, and the taste is extremely delicious. Served with a bowl of tofu soup, it moisturizes the throat and refreshes the mouth. It is a delicious meal. If you come to Shaxian, this shop should not be missed.

Mixed noodles have sesame paste, you must eat it first after buying it, it tastes very fragrant, a bit like hot dry noodles. Flatbread is a thin-skinned wonton, very delicious. Shaomai is filled with vermicelli, very light, and needs to be dipped in a slightly sweet soy sauce. Fried dumplings are basically in the form of pot stickers. Gold wrapped silver tofu with meat, and then braised. Braised duck head is slightly spicy and very tasty

虽然罗兰几乎出现在所有沙县榜单里，但是个人感觉非常普通，一个饼也很小很薄，味道也很一般。如果想打卡的话可以来，但如果单纯为了好吃就不一定要来。

蒜蓉拌面 真的很好吃!蒜香🧄浓郁!面条看似干吧,其实很蓬松!
相比之下,花生酱拌面就略显普通,主要是蒜蓉真的太香了!
还要了两块卤豆干,卤香和豆香真是绝配!扁肉量挺多,中规中矩。
阿姨很热情,环境很干净!

P 3️⃣ 原索桥南霞牛肉粉(后山沟店)
店面还算好找,就是环境一般般,要了两个招牌,
✅泥鳅汤是酸辣的,里面还放了一种野菜,泥鳅处理的挺干净,肉细嫩,总体是好吃的!
🐮酸菜牛肉汤,牛肉量还挺多,裹了粉处理的比较嫩,汤底酸菜提味。

一口气点了 汤扁肉、拌扁肉和炸扁肉,各有千秋吧😌
汤扁肉汤底还很鲜美,加了醋(不要加多)提味更明显。
拌扁肉用的花生酱,很香。
炸扁肉有点惊喜,本来以为会很腻,但沾着秘制的酱一口一个

🌟沙县的水晶烧麦 怎么可以这么好吃啊!!!
薄薄的水晶皮,包着满满的粉丝和一丢丢肉!!
一定要沾秘制酱油,带点甜味,这是灵魂👏
离开沙县就是想念这一口😍😍
✨店里芋饺也不错,不同于南平酸辣炒,沙县的芋饺用的花生酱拌,也是另一种风味吧!
