鲜蓝色的扭喙薹草After wandering around Weishan Ancient City, I wanted to grab a bite, but most of the restaurants were small eateries, with few proper dining options. Turning a corner, I spotted this place—an old-fashioned, high-rise courtyard—and its grand entrance was even more impressive. I immediately decided to eat here. The waiter said they were almost closing, but we could still eat. We quickly ordered. The waiter led us to a low table in the corner of the courtyard. It turned out the grand courtyard was just a backdrop; it seemed there weren't any dining tables inside. 🤦‍♂️ Dishes: Nanzhao mini platter, steamed pork with sweet potato starch, fried spring rolls, chilled pine needles, spicy pork slices, stir-fried snow peas, bok choy noodle soup, Weishan pickled vegetables Perhaps because it was close to closing time, most of the dishes were reheated, resulting in a soggy texture. The fried spring rolls were double-fried, and the dough was burnt and bitter. The pine needles, which I was interested in and should have been crisp like the pine trees I'd seen, turned out to be like used tea leaves—tasteless. The best dish was the stir-fried snow peas, which seemed to be freshly stir-fried. This is purely a personal opinion; I didn't really like it. It's a very pretty restaurant, but the food wasn't very good. #MyTravelDiary #MyFoodDiary #MyExtraordinaryLife #TravelRecommendationOfficer
