The environment is quiet and the service is thoughtful. The Chang'an Jiuding Plate contains nine kinds of dim sum, the gourd chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the sour and spicy Tuoti soup is smooth, the Qinling seven-layer can tea is a bit greasy, the cuttlefish jelly is chewy, the nine-hole lotus is crispy and sweet, and the baked apple is sweet but not greasy, all of which have authentic Shaanxi characteristics.
