Others include pulled noodles, cold noodles, egg flower fermented glutinous rice, Fanji Huanggui Chou wine, vermicelli soup with mutton blood, wontons, raw meatball soup and other traditional snacks in Xi'an. The reception is quite enthusiastic and will make some brief introductions. Each person has a high-quality meat sandwich for 14 yuan, and a bowl of raw meatball soup for 13 yuan. The clerk said this is the standard. After paying the bill, continue to queue up to wait for the steamed bun to be made. The clerk's gestures are very agile. Chopping meat, splitting cakes, and sandwiching steamed buns are done in one go. Skillful and exquisite. Baiji steamed bun is quite big, hot but not too crispy, but thick, but the steamed bun now has no wheat flavor, the cured meat is less fat and more lean, very crispy, with tendons and oil, fat but not greasy, lean but not dry, and the fresh and salty gravy seeps out when you bite it. The raw meatball soup has green vegetables, vermicelli, bean curd, fungus, and chives. The meatballs are delicate and crispy, and the soup is quite fresh. The egg fermented glutinous rice soup is 9 yuan, the fermented glutinous rice flavor is not strong and sweet, and there are quite a lot of frangipani. Fanji cold noodles are 7 yuan, soft and smooth and very refreshing. Very authentic Xi'an snacks, and there are many vacuum-packed series of products that can be purchased and taken back.

This is the most authentic Fanji cured meat and Fanji Roujiamo! I can only eat lean meat in other Roujiamo, but here I can eat fat and lean meat. It is really fat but not greasy, fragrant but not gaudy! So delicious!

I used to think that Huanggui Chou wine was yellow, but this time I found out that it was white, thick like milk and soy milk. The three fresh stews were also delicious, and the portion was not small and cheap. We went earlier, so we didn't need to line up. Gradually, more people came and lined up. The store is not big, but there are seats upstairs (I didn't go up to see it). This old store tastes good and has a high cost-effectiveness. The service is also good. I recommend it.

I ordered the "ordinary bacon with preserved juice" directly, which costs 13 yuan each. I was still muttering in my heart that I thought I could get it for 10 yuan. However, the fact is that the 13 yuan is really very honest. It is really different from the steamed buns with meat in Shanghai. It is a real meat bun. The first one is really a good start that makes people feel happy.
