We went to Shuangqiaogou in Siguniang Mountain for a tour. We stopped for lunch in Siguniang Mountain Town (formerly Rilong Town) at noon. We saw that there was a parking space in front of this restaurant. We searched and found that it was the first on the list of Sichuan cuisine in Changpinggou. Let&#39;s try it.

Four people had a simple meal and ordered braised chili peppers, alpine bacon, mapo tofu, and stir-fried vegetables. It was the off-season for tourism, so there were not many people in the restaurant. The food was served quickly, and we started eating.

The alpine bacon tasted very good. It should be made by the local mountain people themselves, but since it was a tourist attraction, the bacon was cut a little thin. After cutting and frying, it rolled up. My Sichuan friend who went with me laughed at it and said that he would be scolded if he did this at home. Mapo tofu was delicious, fragrant but not spicy, and it was perfect with rice. The braised chili peppers were not spicy enough, and the chili pepper meat was very thick and delicious. Finally, we had some stir-fried vegetables to clean our mouths. We stir-fried lettuce with a little garlic paste, which was a perfect ending. Rice was two yuan per person, unlimited, eat as much as you want.

这家店就在四姑娘山镇，路边上馆子最多的那条街，基本上也是必经之路，进出都会路过。其实他家除了小吃，还有炒菜类的，人多可以点，人少的话就像我们这样点小吃就行吧。比较推荐的是酸辣粉，牛杂汤，觉得不够的话可以再点锅盔。味道还算不错。
