Gong He Chun (Ganquan Road Branch)

This is the head office of the century-old Gonghechun restaurant, located on Ganquan Road. We stayed at Jichangyuan Hotel before, so it was only 5 minutes away, very convenient. The green pepper and shredded pork rice, hot shredded pork, xiaolongbao, sanding buns, and steamed cakes are all very good.

The taste is good, affordable and suitable for ordinary people

This traditional Yangzhou restaurant is very popular. I went there at noon, so there was no line, but there was a constant stream of customers. The wontons weren't very good, with little filling and quite salty. The three-stick buns were delicious and highly recommended, with a moderate flavor and a clean filling. The wild mushroom clay pot soup was a bit large, making it difficult for one person to finish it all and prone to waste.
