very nice food, tasty, fresh, quality products, very original just a pity that there is not more vegan/vegetatian options.

In a street filled with restaurants, Bij Hem really stood out for great service and food. Mussels were fresh and flamkucken was best I had in the Netherlands. The restaurant was full but the service was very friendly and fast. I recommend for a small group or just for two on a Friday.

A surprise find for a family dinner in the Hague city. The beautiful old building caught my eye though I didn&#39;t know it as a restaurant, only a hotel. The meal was delicious and the staff very professional and attentive.  Worth a visit only for drinks too, though the dinner is great if you have time.

This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of dishes, and the quality of the food is top-notch. I can&#39;t wait to come back!

2nd time in a month, took my family this time... was greeted with a smile and words that said &quot;you don&#39;t have a reservation&quot;! Even though we have booked it days in advance through Fork! Anyway, we were still offered a nice table, food was really good and so was the service!

The food nice (good quality/price ratio). The location is superb and very child friendly .., great place for a family get together!

Excellent and delicious food also nicely presented. Portions are not big but you receive bread, butter and oil as an Amouse Bouche. If you are rather hungry, consider order a starter as well. Good value for money and friendly and professional waiter.

We tried mixed kebab with my girlfriend and loved it. Fast service, nice smiling and polite waiters, great food! We especially loved the chicken kebab but to be honest all types in the dish were delicious. Definitely will go again!

The staff was very nice and the food of great quality! Pretty decent for the price range. There is a good variety of drinks and the menu for breakfast seems quite  good as well!
