Nice spot under the red dome. The local Otaru wine was good. Niagara cocktail hit the spot too. No cover charge, drinks priced fair.
The Senbero Set was just right for a quick catch-up with my friend. We shared the snacks with a glass of wine, and the view from the counter was so nice for chatting. A chill spot for a casual drink.
