My family were very impressed with the service and food that we received on Saturday.  Your staff were courteous and as the restaurant was quite full, we received excellent and fast service.    2 of my family were visiting from Australia and they were impressed with everything.   Will definitely be visiting you again, so once again &#39;thank you&#39; to you and all your staff.

I got a good helping of turkey. The plate could have been warmer but all in all a good value meal in pleasant surroundings with attentive staff.

I use Toby quite a lot. Recently I&#39;ve noticed that we have no sooner finished our meal that the staff are bringing the bill. It has all the feel of a production line. I could understand if the Toby was busy. When I booked on line we were given 2 hours and only used half this time.Stop rushing to move people, take a breath.

Took my mum for a birthday lunch. Staff very polite and attentive. Food great, lovely atmosphere, jazz music just right volume. No rush to finish. Perfect access for wheelchair user in our group and plenty of space. We had a lovely time

I took a friend to the Toby Carvery in Redhill for the first time.  While we were waiting to be given a table, the first thing we heard was a lady behind the bar angrily shouting at the restaurant staff:  &quot;What&#39;s the point of me being behind the bar and training you if you don&#39;t let me train?  I might as well go home.&quot;   This was very unprofessional and not a little embarrassing for us to hear.  My friend was not impressed. However, once seated, the carvery food was great.   Special mention to our waitress, Alex, who was lovely: very friendly and chatty.   We wish you well, Alex - you&#39;ll go far!!

This restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere with stunning surroundings and great service. The food is delicious, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion.

Cevapi tastes so good and they have a big portion like 10 minced beef for each plate. It would be better if they add double cream to it. They also have different discounts every day if you dine after 5pm. Also, Sitting at the terrace with sunshine is absolutely amazing to enjoy spring.

Was really looking forward to this booking but unfortunately it didn&rsquo;t quite deliver on a few points. Croquettes really nice but not as hot as I would like. Lobster was nice but not as much as I would like. Salad was good but too many fries, some hot and some not so hot. Final moan and quite serious was there was no soap in gents at 3pm and I reported this, on my next visit at 5.20pm still no soap. In this day and age who is checking the toilets? Manager and staff very nice and very friendly but what a let down on this point. Asked for a quiet table and got a table near a couple of loud groups, one in a private room with door open and a large noisy group upstairs.

I am blown away by Ninth. I&#39;ve visited a few times now, and on each visit, the food has been incredible, service outstanding. I really can&#39;t recommend them enough. Simply sublime.

a bit expensive but fantastic food. Maybe not what Dim Sum was originally intended for  but nevertheless if you are ok with 100 pounds per head it is a good option.

The staff were really accommodating and the service was really good. We were served by Mimi, who provided us with a great service. We would definitely go again and recommend Tootoomoo.

The afternoon tea at Dukes Hotel was a memorable experience. The sandwiches, cakes, and scones were all of high quality, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I can&#39;t wait to return!

Fabulous!We had the 6 course tasting menu plus wine pairing. All the dishes and the wine pairings excellent. Attentive but not intrusive service and a good sommelier. Best meal for quite a while. Highly recommended

If you&#39;re looking for a memorable dining experience, this is the place to be! The service is top-notch, and the food quality is impressive, especially the seared sea bass.

We all enjoyed the meal very very much. Food were really good and the service was great too. We will be back again for sure!

I had a fantastic steak cooked on hot stones, which allowed me to enjoy it just the way I like. The staff, especially Gzim, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The taste and the seasoning of the food was excellent flavours were inviting.  The service was really good and they  checked to see if everthing was ok but not in a invasive way.The meal portions was very large and the price was brilliant if you want  good priced food which is well presented and tasty this is the place to go and also no hidden prices and they dont add service charge on the bill which was good even though the service was excellent

having never had food from Laos we expected something spicy and fresh - Lao Cafe did not disappoint.  Four delicious, fresh and zingy dishes appeared swiftly. Service was friendly, we left very satisfied and would definitely return.
