The place is run by an elderly couple at the front of house, and an equally not so young waiter.  Everything is clean, neat, and cared for.  The waiter treats all the clients like royalty - however much they spend.  The food portions of the tourist menu are a little small if you&#39;re a big eater, but in fact they are just right and of good quality.  The house wine was decent too.  Wait time was the only sore point for us.

We love the pizza here and always have. The drinks are good, also, with a bartender who really cares about quality. Good prices, also!

We came here for the meat and was incredible, we had pappardelle al cinghiale super tasty and then a picanha for me and 2 tagliate for my friends, everything was really good. My vegan wife was able to find a few options for her too. Great restaurant if you are around Sutri

This is our second trip to Orvieto and Cantina Foresi.  They are perfectly situated, adjacent to the Duomo.The owners and staff were very attentive and everything we tried was delightful. Pasta, panini, soup, salad, crostini, salume and cheese platter...Their own, delicious wines were a perfect accompaniment to our lunch and dinner outings. Delicious food in a beautiful setting.

It&rsquo;s been an excellent choice! The taverna is situated in a quite spot in Ronciglione, the entrance is appealing as the name. The lady who welcomed us provided excellent service and advised an excellent selection of dishes. My compliments to the chef! I will definitely return here next time I visit my mother in Sutri.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxed lunch at Panatella on a beautiful Spring day. Service was excellent and so helpful as one diner required guidance for gluten free options. It genuinely was one of the best meals we&rsquo;ve had in Italy &hellip; my soft egg entree was perfectly seasoned and silky smooth - the beef cheek with carrot puree secondi .. melt in the mouth, tasty and a perfect balance with its accompanying bitter chicory side.Dessert - decadent and chocolatey.With a backdrop of Umbrian rolling hills and Orvieto in the distance - it&rsquo;s a lovely day trip to an authentic hilltop town.We&rsquo;ll be back often to sample the rest of the menu!

I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and the quality of the homemade dishes. The staff was efficient and very kind, making the meal even more enjoyable.

We have eaten here every year in the summer over the last 4 years . The steak is perfectly and theatrically cooked . The roast potatoes are delicious and the onion soaked in local Sagrantino   wine is a great side dish . The service is great despite the language barrier if you don&rsquo;t speak Italian . Highly recommend it

I was blown away by the creativity of the dishes here! The yellow tomato sorbet was a delightful surprise, and the overall flavor combinations were exceptional.

Magical setting in a castle compound. Restaurant atmosphere was traditional in historic val setting with white beam ceiling. The service team was amazing - knowledgeable, courteous and on the spot to deal with out of bound situations like our kids wanting &quot;more&quot;  - :)... and just so friendly. Great Food was very good and executed well. I am a foodie and Michelin fan and Fighine delivered a high standard on creativity without forcing &quot;eclectic&quot; or novel tastes on us. We loved it. Very nice amuse-bouche! We will be back

A lovely and delicious lunch. Roasted rabbit was particularly good as was the labyrinth starter that included many small tastes. The tour of the Etruscan ruins underneath was a stunning surprise. Very pleasant.
