They accommodated our request for a view of the Ponte Vecchio and boy did it deliver! And given our 6pm reservation time (which we were late for due to a mistake in our directions!) they allowed us a couple of hours to enjoy the view and it was just a terrific experience overall. Will definitely return and highly recommend it - the view, the food and the drink! Perfect!

The ambience was cosy and cool. The service was incredibly attentive and wine recommendations were fabulous. Enjoyed the food which did not disappoint and they did not let us over order!! Would highly recommend!!!

If you want a break from Italian food would 100% recommend Cloud 59.  Best burgers we have ever had, and the staff were wonderful, including a shot at the bar with Taylor that got me a disapproving look from the wife

This little restaurant full of only locals was a great find. The food was very good and Marco could not have been a better host. While there does seem to be some front of house issues to address (service was very slow due to being understaffed) the kindness of the staff is genuine and infectious.Everything we had from appetizers, to seafood, to pasta to pizza was fantastic! Highly recommend this hard to find little spot.

We made a reservation not really knowing what to expect.  The staff was very kind from beginning to end and gave really good explenation about the different choices on the menu. We had different plates of food and they all tasted really good! Real Italian food with a real nice athmosphere in the lovely town of Volterra!

This lovely restaurant is nestled in an old palazzo on the side of a hill overlooking Florence. Everything about Trattoria La Gargotta was perfect &ndash; excellent service, relaxing jazz music, truly delicious food, and an ambience thoughtfully designed to enjoy a spectacular meal. Thanks for a relaxing evening; we&rsquo;ll return for sure.

Food was delicious, very authentic tuscany menu! Pricing is good, ambiente is rudimental but fine. I definitely wanna come back soon. Suggestion: Pulpo for starters

This place is a hidden gem! The quality of the food is excellent, and the view is breathtaking. It&#39;s a great choice for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

Amazing food. A bit heavy but really good taste.The environment instead may be better especially the separation between the kitchen and the tables.

The Eremita features a small but varied menu with delicious dishes, especially the pork fillet with chestnut honey. The customization options for side dishes are a nice touch.

Small local establishment with excellent service. The food was well prepared and well portioned. The crostini was notable in terms of variety and freshness. The house wine was a small disappointment, but overall a good choice for dinner.

The service was phenomenal! Our waitress gave us tips, was pleasant, attentive, and even gave us recommendations for a local wine tasting place. The food always was delicious, including their Florentine steak. Salad. And appetizers! When we visit Florence again, we will definitely be back! Thank You for amazing service

Dining on a quiet Thursday afternoon, we were very pleased to receive both the highest quality food and fine service at La Sosta.  The olive oil comes from their own trees and it is delicious, as is the pasta and the marvelous cheeses.  Although La Costa is a bit out of the ordinary way, it is worth the trip!

If you want quality food, relaxed environment, and superb service, make a res at il desco!! Off the beaten path, this gem offers amazing steaks, minestrone and pasta with shaved truffle. The house wine is beautiful and prices are reasonable. We Always return and are greeted by familiar wait staff!! ????

Very good food, good service and good ambience. Except for the ending: the waiters/cookers were fighting loudly about their salary in the back of the restaurant. Still very recommended.

Food and service was wonderful - very nicely appointed restaurant; off a lovely square - it is part of a hotel that seemed very nice!One thing that we saw was a young boy being chased out of the restaurant rather severely by the waiter that I wondered about...  Until we later learned that children are being used to steal, so I think my friend&#39;s purse might have been misappropriated except for the waiter&#39;s fast reaction time.
