Restaurant in Beachfront Residences - Stunning Sea and Lake View

I&rsquo;m in Phuket with my family from the UK and came across this restaurant after reading the reviews. We loved the food and the service was great. We will defiantly visit this restaurant again before the end of our holiday.

This was honestly one of those simple local places that ends up surprising you in a good way. Nothing fancy, no luxury interior, just a casual Thai seafood restaurant near Kata Beach with very good prices and authentic flavors.We ordered seafood Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup, papaya salad, rice and a large Chang beer, and the total was only 438 THB (around 12&ndash;13 USD for two people). For Phuket, especially near the beach, that felt like a really good price.The Pad Thai was actually really good. My friend literally said she would come back again just for the Pad Thai because the flavor finally tasted like real Thai Pad Thai &mdash; balanced, flavorful and comforting. The Tom Yum was good too, maybe not the best I had in Thailand, but still tasty and satisfying.The only thing that disappointed me a little was the papaya salad. When ordering, they asked us if we wanted spicy, and I said yes. I expected at least some level of spice because honestly papaya salad without chili doesn&rsquo;t taste the same. Instead, they made it completely non-spicy, probably because many tourists can&rsquo;t handle Thai spice levels.But for me, if I order spicy food in a Thai restaurant, I want the authentic version. Even if it&rsquo;s too spicy, let me make that choice myself. I was actually looking forward to that fresh, crunchy, spicy taste because it&rsquo;s so refreshing in Phuket heat.One small detail I really appreciated: they gave us cold wet tissues when we arrived, which felt amazing after walking from the beach in the heat. Simple gesture, but very thoughtful.Overall, if you care more about authentic taste and local prices than aesthetic interiors, this place is definitely worth trying near Kata Beach
