All the dishes were excellent with very good quality ingredients.  Portion sizes were appropriate, quite generous.  Service very friendly and helpful.  With The Fork discount, value was incredible.  However, most of the Carta dishes also feature on the very good value Menu del Dia, so I would recommend this place even if the discount is not available.  Quite small pleasant room (also outdoor space for warmer weather): the atmosphere would be better on a busier day

I had a wonderful lunch at the Parador in Teruel, where the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. The service was commendable, although there was a minor issue with dessert that was handled well by the staff.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Teruel, making it a perfect spot for visitors. The menu offers a good variety, and the value for money is excellent, especially with the delicious Teruel ham and tempura cod.

The food was totally unique and utterly delicious. So unexpected . The chef came and explained everything to us too. It was  definitely worth a trip and good value to

The food was not eatable. Everything was incredibly salty, some dishes tasted microwave reheated, honestly I&rsquo;ve had better food on an airplane.
