What a wonderful experience-we came across this restaurant in Spoleto after traveling from the US-we were exhausted and just wanted some good food and wine.WOW! Our waitress was delightful-we ordered and you could tell that she had better recommendations so she told us about the fresh pasta that her mother had made that day-we ordered that instead and it was sooo delicious! The chef had given us a red wine by the glass and when we ordered another glass the waitress recommended a different wine-another Wow! It was really really good! We are staying in Spello for 4 weeks and are planning to return to 3.0 Bistro again! It is a tiny little restaurant so make reservations!

The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a cozy dinner. The owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings.

This place is a hidden gem! The staff is young and friendly, and the menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. It&#39;s definitely worth a visit if you&#39;re in the area.

This place was highly recommended by a friend.  We were only in Assisi for one night and was looking forward to dinner at Enoteca Mazzini.My husband and I loved the quaint and cozy feel of this place.  We ate outside which was lovely.  The portions were perfect... definitely left there full and happy.  We had a nice glass of wine that was highly recommended.All in all a nice place that I suggest you try.
