Summer Shack

The potato chips are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The dipping sauce is very fragrant and paired with chili powder. The seafood rice is very good when mixed with the hot seafood rice and soup! There are also desserts in the store, such as osmanthus cake and red wine pear.

SummerShack has two stores in Boston. I went to the one in Cambridge, an American restaurant in a small house, decorated with fishing nets and shells. The menus for lunch and dinner are not exactly the same. Oysters are finely classified, with six or seven choices, and the price is relatively reasonable. It is a good place to eat oysters. I ordered three kinds of oysters and a small cold dish of ocean platter. For me, the small oysters are less fishy and have a better freshness and sweetness. Although the large ones taste better, they have a fishy and salty taste. The seafood platter has three small ones, oysters, shrimps, and shellfish, all with sauces. Boston lobsters are delicious, and they feel about the same freshness as those eaten in Maine, and with corn and butter, they are fresh, sweet and strong. Overall, it is a small restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and moderate prices. Oysters and lobsters are recommended, but seafood platter is not recommended.

It is indeed different from Boston lobsters in other places. The meat is firm, fresh and sweet. The price is also reasonable. The steak tastes good. The restaurant is very busy.
