The oysters were fresh and sweet, and the trout was fried and grilled with butter, which was tender and perfect with crispy roasted almond slices and sweet green beans. The biggest feature of this restaurant is the large portions. The steak is very big and comes with a lot of fries. One person can hardly finish it, so my child and I shared one portion, which was just right. The dessert pudding after the meal was delicious.
The service at Bouchon was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience with excellent drink recommendations. The ambiance was beautiful, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion.
