Chef Yoshiyuki Inoue’s skills are amazing, especially the monkfish liver and Hokkaido hairy crab chawanmushi, which are delicate and unforgettable!
Sushi Kaneyoshi is a Michelin one-star restaurant that offers exquisite Edomae sushi with fresh ingredients, definitely worth a try!
Overall, the dining experience was excellent. Although some dishes were a bit too heavily seasoned, the fresh fish and unique pairings were impressive and would definitely make it a return visit!
