Maison Premiere

The meats were delicious and freshly prepared We had breakfast here on our first day. The restaurant doubles as a butchery and you can see them preparing the meats in the background (in a separate room) and there is an open kitchen. There is not a lot of seating though, so be prepared to eat fast and squeeze out! The food is not cheap but the quality is good. There are also some other delicacies that are good, such as steak tartare.

Maison Premiere is a French bistro in Williamsburg with a great atmosphere. It mainly serves oysters and cocktails. Happy Hour oysters are $1 each. There is also a beautiful terrace behind the pub. Every dish will surprise your taste buds beyond your imagination. It is worth a try for friends who come to New York. Reservations are required in advance. The garden location is the best.
