One of the Top Must-Visit Restaurants in Hanoi

Frankly, the food is not as good as it used to be, but the main reason I&rsquo;m giving the restaurant 1 star is the staff&rsquo;s attitude, which was totally unacceptable. My family had a late lunch there at around 2 PM on November 23, 2025. The young female staff member didn&rsquo;t show us even the slightest bit of courtesy from the moment she handed us the menu until we paid the bill. This lady plopped the food and drinks onto the table without saying a word. When my mom&rsquo;s glass was emptied, she came over and said something curtly like, &ldquo;More beer?&rdquo; (&ldquo;D&ugrave;ng th&ecirc;m bia kh&ocirc;ng?&rdquo;).  What she should have done was add a little bit of courtesy into her words and politely invite my mom to order more beer with something equivalent to &ldquo;Would you like more beer?&rdquo; in Vietnamese. And FYI, I&mdash;a customer who paid an extra 5% service charge&mdash;did say things like &ldquo;thank you&rdquo; or at least &ldquo;Could you help me with this?&rdquo; when talking to her.   So how could this staff member have the audacity to act like she was doing us a favor? That is something I absolutely cannot tolerate. The moment she spoke to my mom so rudely, I already wanted to leave. It&rsquo;s just that someone in my family wasn&rsquo;t feeling well, so I didn&rsquo;t want to make a scene at that moment.  I believe the restaurant owner should feel regret for losing customers like my family. For the record, we&rsquo;ve supported this restaurant for roughly 7 years. The staff might not remember us since we&rsquo;re from Hanoi and only visit Saigon once or twice a year, but every time we come to Saigon, we always eat there before heading home. Our bills regularly come to about 600&ndash;700k per person. This was actually the lightest meal we&rsquo;ve ever ordered, and the total for the three of us was still over 1.3 million, so I believe we&rsquo;re far from being &ldquo;low-budget customers&rdquo; compared to the usual customer base. My family used to like this restaurant so much that when Đức Bảo first opened the new branch at Daewoo in Hanoi, we dined there to support them &amp; even told others abt it.

I had an amazing dining experience at Epice Restaurant! The seafood pizza and arabiata pasta were both delicious, and the nitrogen ice cream was a fun treat. The service was attentive and made the meal even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time at this jazz bar! The music was top-notch, and the laid-back vibe made it perfect for a night out. Definitely a place to revisit!
