壽縣古城內西南位置，在老博物館對面。遊客不多，免費開放，甚至看不到管理員。大成殿在修繕，格局和他處孔廟基本一樣的。門口兩波網紅直播，搞得氣氛很尷尬。院子裡兩棵白果樹有幾百年歷史。

寿县孔庙坐北朝南，其格局重关叠嶂，共有五进院落。第一进院落前有泮宫、快睹、仰高三坊；后为棂星、金声、玉振三门。二进院落中心处为泮池，东礼门，西义路，池北中轴线上为载门，其耳房东为名宦祠，西为乡贤祠；三进院落主体为大成殿，两侧为东西廊庑。碑廊与明伦堂构成第五进院落。
