Yangzhou East Gate site, outside the city wall. All commercialized in the city wall, specialty stores one after another. The outside still looks very historical. There are also some historical sculptures that match the ancient city wall.

From the city gate cave downstairs in Dongguan City, you can see that under the tempered glass of the city gate tunnel, the historical relics of past archaeological discoveries are displayed, so that people can have a "clear view" of the East Gate site, which has also become a highlight of the East Gate Tower.

位于东关城楼与古运河之间。1999年9月在东关街口建筑工地发现宋大城东门遗址，在唐宋东城墙与明代新城东城墙之间发现宋代瓮城遗址，证明宋大城东门临水而建，主门外的瓮城结构，与史籍记载相符。

在扬州顺着东门街一直朝东走，尽头就是扬州古东门遗址公园。扬州自唐宋就是繁华之地，东门紧邻京杭大运河，可以说是最热闹的所在。

东门遗址又称双瓮城遗址，位于东关街历史街区的东部，穿过东门遗址城下的门洞，可以透过玻璃地板，看到底下唐宋时期的城墙遗址，城楼内以展览馆的形式介绍扬州和东关街的文化历史。
