烟雨江南，怎么能少得了烟雨楼呢。传说乾隆下江南，必去的地方。

嘉兴的南湖，是浙江省三大名湖之一，相传明代嘉靖年间，因疏浚市河，将挖出的河泥填入南湖之中，形成了一座人工小岛，次年在岛上建楼，形成景观，据说清朝乾隆皇帝六下江南，有八次驻跸南湖烟雨楼，现在的烟雨楼有着江南名楼的风采，楼下是江南园林风格的庭院，小岛不大，环岛的林荫步道围绕着烟雨楼而建，沿途不仅可以欣赏秀丽的南湖风光，还可以看到那艘仿制的中共一大红船。

烟雨楼位于嘉兴南湖旅游景区湖心岛上，这里也是中共一大会址所在地。来这边的旅游团比较多，周末节假日小小的岛上也是人挤人，烟雨楼位置相对较高，登上烟雨楼，从上面往下看可以俯瞰南湖全景，一片南湖水畔水波荡漾的样子，景色还是很不错的。
