These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 2 below) by Trip.com to the Eligible Member (as described in Clause 7 below). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and your continued use of the same shall signify the acceptance and agreement of the terms and conditions

1. Trip.com: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.
2. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
3. Availability: This Promotion is only available on the US version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) ("Trip App").
4. Promotion: Eligible Member get to enjoy USD100 off from the total price of one-way or return flight booking (including all taxes and service charges) departing from the United States (“US”) to the Eligible Destinations (as described in Clause 4 below) during the Eligible Destination Promotion Period (as described in Clause 5 below). The Promotion is called "$100 off Flights Asia Flash Sale".
5. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 24 October 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 28 November 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time).
6. Eligible Destination: Five (5) specific destinations namely: Japan, China, Thailand, Philippines, and South Korea.
7. Eligible Destination Promotion Period: The Promotion is only applicable for one-way or return flight booking departing from US to the Eligible Destinations during the specific promo period and travel period as described in the following: (a) $100 OFF flights from US to Japan: • US-Japan Promo Period: begins on 25 October 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 31 October 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time), or so long as the supply lasts. • US-Japan Travel Period: from 25 October 2024 to 30 April 2025 (inclusive of both dates) (b) $100 OFF flights from US to China: • US-China Promo Period: begins on 1 November 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 7 November 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time), or so long as the supply lasts. • US-China Travel Period: from 1 November 2024 to 30 April 2025 (inclusive of both dates) (c) $100 OFF flights from US to Thailand: • US-Thailand Promo Period: begins on 8 November 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 14 November 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time), or so long as the supply lasts. • US-Thailand Travel Period: from 8 November 2024 to 30 April 2025 (inclusive of both dates) (d) $100 OFF flights from US to Philippines: • US-Philippines Promo Period: begins on 15 November 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 21 November 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time), or so long as the supply lasts. • US-Philippines Travel Period: from 15 November 2024 to 30 April 2025 (inclusive of both dates) (e) $100 OFF flights from US to South Korea: • US-South Korea Promo Period: begins on 22 November 2024 at 10:00:00 (Pacific Standard Time) and ends on 28 November 2024 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Standard Time), or so long as the supply lasts. • US-South Korea Travel Period: from 22 November 2024 to 30 April 2025 (inclusive of both dates)
8. Promotion Conditions: For clarification, Promotion is only applicable to the following: (a) Only for (US – Eligible Destination) or (US – Eligible Destination – US) routes, not applicable for any other route. (b) One-way or return flight booking for flights departing from US to the specific Eligible Destinations must be made during the Eligible Destination Promotion Period. (c) All return flight tickets for the specific Eligible Destinations must be within the Travel Period as described in Clause 5 above (Eligible Destination Promotion Period). (d) All payment for the flight bookings (one-way or return) must be made in US Dollar currency (“USD”)
9. Limited Redemption: (a) The number of coupons redemption under the Promotion is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. (b) Each Eligible Member can redeem USD100 OFF coupon once for each Eligible Destinations during the Promotion Period.
10. Please note: (a) Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. Seat availability is subject to airlines. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies. (b) If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied. (c) The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated. (d) Flight fares may vary and may be subjected to strict change, refund and cancellation policies. Please refer to the respective flight policies and details upon reservation.
11. General Terms: (a) Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate this T&C and the Promotion at any time without prior written notice. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion. (b) Conflict of terms and conditions: If any of the terms under this T&C conflicted with any rules and/or such related information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail. (c) Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Trip.com be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Trip.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. For any losses caused by flight cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility. (d) Privacy Policy: All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with this T&C and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://us.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-US&curr=USD("Privacy Policy"). (e) Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion. (f) Fraud: If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this Promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the bookings, rewards, and/or qualifications under the Promotion and take legal measures. (g) Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion. (h) Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore. (i) Language: This T&C are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this T&C, the English version shall prevail.
