These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 4 below) by Trip.com to the Eligible Member (as described in Clause 2 below). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and your continued use of the same shall signify the acceptance and agreement of the terms and conditions.

1. Trip.com: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.
   
2. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
   
3. Availability: This Promotion is only available on the US version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) ("Trip App").
   
4. Promotion: These terms apply to Spring in North America and Spring in Canada promotions (the "Promotion").
   
5. Promotion Period:
   A. Flights Coupons (“Flight Promotion”):
   Conditions:
   (1) The Flight Promotion only applies for adult flight tickets on US-Canada-US flights.
   (2) The departure date and return date for the Eligible Routes must be within the Travel Period (as described in Clause 4(a) below).
   (3) All payment for the flight bookings must be made in US Dollar currency (“USD”).
   (4) Flight Promotion Period:
   (I) $30 off flights to Canada, first round:
   (a) Promotion starts on 22 April 2025 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on 28 April 2025 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Daylight Time, or as long as supply lasts.
   (b) Booking Period: Begins on 22 April 2025 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on 28 April 2025 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Daylight Time).
   (c) Travel Period: From 22 April 2025 to 31 October 2025 (including both dates).
   (d) Enter the promo code to receive a discount of $30 off on flight bookings priced $100 or more including tax, excluding the booking fee. (II) $30 off flights to Canada, second round:
   (a) Promotion starts on 29 April 2025 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on 05 May 2025 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Daylight Time) or as long as supply lasts.
   (b) Booking Period: Begins on 29 April 2025 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on 28 May 2025 at 23:59:59 (Pacific Daylight Time).
   (c) Travel Period: From 29 April 2025 to 31 October 2025 (including both dates).
   (d) Enter the promo code to receive a discount of $30 off on flight bookings priced $100 or more including tax, excluding the booking fee.
   (5) Promotion platform: Trip.com US App.
   (6) All payment for the flight bookings must be made in US Dollar currency (“USD”).
   (7) This promo code is subject to limited availability and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
   (8) The available discounted price under the Flight Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.
   (9) Users must sign up for a Trip.com App (https://us.trip.com/pages/appdownload/?locale=en-US&curr=USD) account to be able to claim and use the promo code.
   (10) Valid for 1-time usage per account during the promo period. Not exchangeable for cash.
   (11) The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
   (12) The Promotion is not applicable to Bundle products.
   (13) The offer is not valid for bookings routed through external booking channels such as WeGo, Skyscanner, etc.
   
6. Please note:
   (a) Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. Seat availability is subject to airlines. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies.
   (b) If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
   (c) The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
   (d) Flight fares may vary and may be subjected to strict change, refund and cancellation policies. Please refer to the respective flight policies and details upon reservation.
   
7. General Terms:
   (a) Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate this T&C and the Promotion at any time without prior written notice. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
   (b) Conflict of terms and conditions: If any of the terms under this T&C conflicted with any rules and/or such related information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
   (c) Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Trip.com be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Trip.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. For any losses caused by flight cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility.
   (d) Privacy Policy: All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with this T&C and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://us.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-US&curr=USD("Privacy Policy").
   (e) Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion.
   (f) Fraud: If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this Promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the bookings, rewards, and/or qualifications under the Promotion and take legal measures.
   (g) Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that the Promoter or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
   (h) Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
   (i) Language: This T&C are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this T&C, the English version shall prevail.
