Trip.com Summer Kickoff Mega Sale

These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 4 below) by Trip.com to the Eligible Member (as described in Clause 2 below). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by this T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time and your continued use of the same shall signify the acceptance and agreement of the terms and conditions.
1. Trip.com: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.
2. Eligible Member: To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age.
3. Platform: This Promotion is only available on the US version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 8.1.0 or above) ("Trip App").
4. Promotion Details: Eligible Member get to enjoy the following promotion under the Summer Kickoff Mega Sale in accordance with these T&C:
A. Flights Promo Codes (“Flight Promotion”):
Conditions:
(1) The Flight Promotion only applies for adult flight tickets originating in the US.
(2) The departure date and return date for the Eligible Routes must be within the Travel Period (as described in Clause 4(d) below).
(3) All payment for the flight bookings must be made in US Dollar currency (“USD”).
(4) Flight Promotion Period:
(a) “$30 off Flights” Promotion starts on 1 May 2026 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 3 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts. 10% off on flights from the US, capped at $30.
Booking Period: 1 May 2026 at 09:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 3 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts.
(b) “50% off Flights” Promotion starts on 4 May 2026 at 16:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $100
Booking Period: starts on 4 May 2026 at 16:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts.
(c) “up to $100 off Flights” Promotion starts on 4 May 2026 at 9:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts. Actual discount amount equals to 5% off the flight order, not including tax and the booking fees. Capped at $100.
Booking Period: starts on 4 May 2026 at 9:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts.
(d) Travel Period: from 4 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (including both dates)
(e) Enter the promo code to receive a corresponding discount excluding tax and the booking fee.
B. Flight One Price
One price selling period: I. Flights from San Francisco to Los Angeles; New York to Los Angeles: 04 May 2025 10:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
II. Flights from Los Angeles to Vancouver; New York to Toronto; New York to Montreal: 04 May 2025 11:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
III. Flights from Los Angeles to Tokyo: 04 May 2025 12:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
IV. Flights from New York to Shanghai: 04 May 2025 13:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
V. Flights from Los Angeles to Hong Kong: 04 May 2025 14:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
VI. Flights from Los Angeles to Manila: 04 May 2025 15:00:00 (Pacific Time) to 04 May 2025 23:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while supply lasts.
(6) Limited Redemption:
(a) A limited number of flight coupons for the Eligible Routes are available at the special price under the Flight Promotion and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis until stocks last. The available discounted price under the Flight Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.
(b) Each Trip.com account can only purchase one (1) flight ticket (limited to one (1) passenger) for each Eligible Routes under the Flight Promotion.
(7) Please note:
(a) Prices are dynamic according to availability and may change from time to time. Displayed prices are accurate at the moment of display and can fluctuate from time to time. Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. Seat availability is subject to airlines. Please refresh the page to check the most updated availability, price, and policies.
(b) If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available or applied.
(c) The Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, loyalty programs, rewards, promotions, discounted items, and fixed-price items unless otherwise stated.
(d) Flight fares may vary and may be subjected to strict change, refund and cancellation policies. Please refer to the respective flight policies and details upon reservation.
C. Hotel Promo Codes (“Hotel Promotion”):
Conditions:
(1) The Hotel Promotion only applies for room/hotel bookings of the Eligible Hotels (as specified in Clause 4(b)(ii) below) within the Stay Period (as described in Clause (III) (below);
(2) An Eligible Member who books Eligible Hotel through the Platform during the Hotel Promotion Period is entitled to the rates available during the Hotel Promotion Period. No additional discounts will be applied at the checkout; and
(3) All payment for the room/hotel bookings must be made in USD.
(I) Eligible Hotels: The Hotel Promotion only applies for select rooms/hotels.
(II) Hotel Promotion Period:
(a) “up to $100 off Hotels" Promotion starts on 4 May 2026 at 9:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts. Actual discount amount equals to 5% off the hotel order, not including tax and the booking fees. Capped at $100.
(b) “50% off Hotels" Promotion starts on 4 May 2026 at 17:00:00 (Pacific Time) and ends on 8 May 2026 at 08:59:59 (Pacific Time) or while the supply lasts. Discount capped at $100, min 2 night stay.
(III) Stay Period: From 04 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (different hotels may have different stay period policies, including the black-out dates. Eligible Members are required to check the same for the specific hotels before booking).
(IV) Limited Redemption:
(1) limited number of rooms/hotels for the Eligible Hotels are available at the special price under the Hotel Promotion and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis until stocks last. The available discounted price under the Hotel Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.
(2) No purchase limitation for the Hotel Promotion.
5. General Terms:
(a) Promotion Availability: The Promotion is available for the Eligible Routes/Hotels for the selected travel dates within the Travel/Stay Period only.
(b) Baggage Policy: The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check the baggage allowance and requirements with the relevant airlines prior to booking.
(c) Price Availability: Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time without prior notice. Please check and confirm the latest availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
(d) Policies: Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions and policies. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant condition and policy for more details prior to booking.
(e) Exclusivity: The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
(f) Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, vary or terminate this T&C and the Promotion at any time without prior written notice. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
(g) Conflict of terms and conditions: If any of the terms under this T&C conflicted with any rules and/or such related information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, the terms under this T&C shall prevail.
(h) Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Trip.com be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, business, or profits) arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not Trip.com has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. For any losses caused by flight cancellations, delays, or any other reasons not attributable to Trip.com, Trip.com does not assume responsibility.
(i) Privacy Policy: All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this Promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with this T&C and those stipulated in the Privacy Policy of Trip.com at https://us.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-US&curr=USD ("Privacy Policy").
(j) Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend this Promotion without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Trip.com's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Promotion.
(k) Fraud: If a user is suspected of fraud, using illegal means, making robot reservations, or engaging in any violation of the rules in participating in this Promotion, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the bookings, rewards, and/or qualifications under the Promotion and take legal measures.
(l) Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that Trip.com or any of its affiliates shall not be responsible and shall have no liability to you or anyone else for any dispute or claim that arises out of your participation in the Promotion.
(m) Governing law: You agree that this Promotion is governed, interpreted, and enforced by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all legal actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore.
(n) Language: This T&C are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this T&C, the English version shall prevail.
