These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Promotion (as described in Clause 5 below) by Trip.com to the Eligible Member (as described in Clause 6 below). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these T&C, including any revised terms and conditions which may be updated by Trip.com from time to time. Your continued participation in the Promotion shall signify your acceptance of these T&C.

1. Promoter
   

Trip.com: Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its registered address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622.

2. Availability
   

This Promotion is only available on the US version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 8.1.0 or above) ("Trip App").

3. Promotional Price
   

The promotional One Price fare is USD/CAD 99 per eligible round-trip booking, subject to applicable taxes, fees, carrier surcharges, and availability unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

4. Promotion Period
   

The Promotion begins on 28 July 2026 at 11:00:00 (Pacific Daylight Time) and ends on 19 August 2026 at 10:59:59 (Pacific Daylight Time).

6. Eligible Member
   

To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be at least 18 years of age.

7. Promotion Conditions
   

For clarification, the Promotion is only applicable to the following:

(a) The Promotion is only valid for the following Eligible Routes:

• Los Angeles (LAX), United States – Vancouver (YVR), Canada; and
  
• New York City (NYC), United States – Toronto (YTO), Canada.
  

No other routes are eligible.

(b) Eligible bookings must be round-trip bookings made during the applicable One Price Selling Period specified in Clause 5.

(c) Return travel must be completed by the applicable travel end date specified for the relevant Promotion in Clause 5.

(d) The promotional fare is USD/CAD 99 for eligible bookings, subject to applicable taxes, fees, carrier surcharges, fare rules, and availability.

(e) For the LAX–YVR Promotion, the Promotion applies only to select flights operated by WestJet Airlines. For the NYC–YTO Promotion, only flights specifically designated by Trip.com under this Promotion are eligible.

(f) All payments must be made in United States Dollar (USD).

(g) The maximum trip duration is 14 days.

8. Limited Redemption
   

(a) The number of promotional flight tickets available under this Promotion is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A promotional booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

(b) Each Eligible Member may purchase one (1) One Price flight ticket during the Promotion Period.

(c) Each booking is limited to one (1) passenger.

9. General Terms
   

(a) The Promotion is available only for selected travel dates and eligible flights.

(b) Baggage allowance and baggage policies are subject to the operating airline's terms and conditions. Please review the applicable baggage policy before making your booking.

(c) Prices are accurate at the time of publication. Prices and availability are dynamic and may change without prior notice. Please confirm the final fare, availability, and applicable booking conditions before completing your purchase.

(d) Promotional fares may be subject to restrictions on changes, cancellations, refunds, endorsements, and other fare conditions. Applicable rules may vary depending on the fare purchased. Please review the fare conditions before booking.

(e) This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or campaigns unless otherwise specified by Trip.com.

(f) Amendment: Trip.com reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate these T&C or the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Trip.com reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding all matters relating to this Promotion.

(g) Conflict of Terms: In the event of any inconsistency between these T&C and any promotional materials or information displayed elsewhere on the Trip App, these T&C shall prevail.

(h) Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trip.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business, data, or use) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion. Trip.com is not responsible for losses arising from airline cancellations, delays, schedule changes, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond Trip.com's reasonable control.

(i) Privacy Policy: All information, including personal information ("Information"), submitted to or obtained by Trip.com in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with these T&C and Trip.com's Privacy Policy available at https://us.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/privacy-policy.html?locale=en-US&curr=USD.

(j) Unforeseeable Events: Trip.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion without liability where unforeseen circumstances arise that may compromise the fair operation or administration of the Promotion.

(k) Fraud: If Trip.com reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, automated bookings, or any violation of these T&C, Trip.com reserves the right to cancel bookings, disqualify participants, withdraw promotional benefits, and take any other action permitted by law.

(l) Disputes: You acknowledge and agree that Trip.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for disputes arising between participants and third parties in connection with this Promotion.

(m) Governing Law: These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

(n) Language: These T&C are prepared in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
