The red era series showcases that revolutionary period to modern people through various forms of coupons, Cultural Revolution propaganda posters, and audio-visual products like gramophones and slides. The 5.12 earthquake relief memorial hall is open to the public for free. The slightly oppressive space is filled with collections related to the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. With so many pavilions, it is advisable to choose one or two from each series based on your interests.

The highlights of Qianshan are concentrated. Starting from Jianfu Palace beside the mountain gate, follow the ancient stone steps upward past Natural Picture, Tianshi Cave, Chaoyang Cave, and Shangqing Palace, with the summit's Laojun Pavilion as the final vantage point. Tianshi Cave, also called Changdao Temple, is one of the mountain's largest Taoist complexes—its front courtyard holds a millennium-old ginkgo tree allegedly planted by Zhang Daoling, while the cliffside Ink-throwing Trough behind is said to be where the celestial master drew mountains with vermilion ink. Painting master Zhang Daqian once resided at Shangqing Palace, styling himself "Guest of Qingcheng." Kudos to the driver and guide for this trip! They were incredibly helpful and attentive, responded promptly, and made communication about pick-up and drop-off points very smooth. They not only helped with luggage but also offered suggestions for the trip, recommending spots to visit at Ya'nv Lake and providing information on local specialties. They also chose a route to the return trip that avoided traffic. Overall, a great experience! 👍 The itinerary was well-planned, and the hotel was quite clean.

It's worth the money to see the so-called "big landlord's house" 👲 Learning about the Liu family's ancestral business and rise to wealth was no easy feat in those days; accumulating wealth requires hard work. Looking at the stories of one era from the perspective of another makes it impossible to judge. Today's capitalists and some entrepreneurs also have their own struggles and starting stories. Each has its own characteristics and is a product of its historical stage. The manor's design is exquisite and offers valuable architectural historical reference. The three houses require about 3 hours to see, if you're interested. Including the various attractions in the ancient town, walking is the best option.

This is a fantastic museum cluster with over twenty galleries, each with a different theme. The collections are incredibly rich, allowing you to choose a theme that suits your interests. Jianchuan has put a lot of effort into each of the galleries, and I'm truly impressed. The section on veterans of the War of Resistance Against Japan was particularly moving. I sincerely wish his museum continued success, and I hope that we can all bring our children and families to put down our phones and immerse ourselves in the cultural atmosphere of the museum.

Huashuiwan Howard Johnson Bailetang Hot Spring is very comfortable, with beautiful environment, enthusiastic waiters, and a very good children's pool. The children had a lot of fun. If you haven't been here yet, please bring your family to play.

We went there in April. We were lucky that it snowed the night before. The snow on the top of the mountain was very thick, and the scenery was still great. You could see the snow and the mountains in the distance. The view was very good and open. There were also little squirrels jumping around, not afraid of people at all. Don't go during the peak season, otherwise it will be crowded and all your time will be spent queuing. The experience is still good when there are fewer people!

A really nice place, absolutely perfect for escaping the summer heat. Mainly, it's great value for money, the water quality is excellent, and it's very easy to get to, suitable for people of all ages! It will definitely be even more bus-friendly in the summer! The downside is that it might get congested in the summer, as there's a section of one-way street.

There are many small waterfalls, and the entire route is uphill with very few flat paths, so it's quite tiring on your legs. Being in the mountains feels like being in a natural refrigerator – very cool! We even encountered some very bold little squirrels 🐿️, waiting to be fed. This route is not recommended for people with limited physical fitness.
