How to use

Romantic Show of Jiuzhai, Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 3:00 PM–9:55 PM (subject to on-site time)

Performance time: 17:30–18:30 (one show), 19:00–20:00 (one show), 20:30–21:30 (one show) (subject to on-site performance time)

Present your valid ID at the Songcheng attraction ticket window to exchange for a paper ticket. For the Songcheng performance, take your assigned seat according to the seating information sent by customer support.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
